How Decisions Are Made At McKinley

Decisions at McKinley Church are made by the "Session," which is comprised of 12 elected elders. The Pastor/Director moderates the Session. Meetings of the entire congregation are also held at least annually to discuss and vote on appropriate congregational business.

The church has the following committees to accomplish the work of the church:

• Christian Education Committee
• Membership Care Committee
• More Light Church Committee
• Nominating Committee
• Personnel Committee
• Social Action Committee
• Stewardship and Mission Committee
• Worship and Music Committee

All are welcome on committees. You do not need to be a member of the church to serve on a committee.

The Foundation has a separate Board of Directors, officers, and set of established committees.
